This app allows you to compare mortgage rates between the most popular home loan lenders in New Zealand

Rates on this app will be reviewed adjusted (if needed) weekly on a Wednesday

It will allow you to put in your Mortgage amount, as well as your preferred fixed term.

It will then show you (in handy graph format) the current rate from each Bank as well as the interest that you would have paid on that rate over a 10 year period.

The creator of this app (Murray Chong) has been arranging Mortgages as a Mortgage Broker since 1999 and owns his own mortgage brokering company (ZENVEST Mortgage brokers)
